• A women’s circle creates a bond between participants, and a time to cultivate deep respect for oneself and the values of being a woman.  Many of us can lose ourselves in routine, multitasking, supporting our family and/or partner, juggling a career, caring for our homes, paying bills etc.  The intention for Bee Humble Wellness women’s circle is to rest in a humble space that encourages you to explore your inner world, and to feel supported/held in a gentle, nourishing, and non-judgmental way by all who are a part of the circle.
• During your session we will began with an oracle card pulling and group bonding activity.  Your session will conclude with a relaxing sound bath with different therapeutic instruments (crystal bowls, gong, wind chimes).
